There is an obvious link between electric vehicles and an energy company like Consumers Energy, especially with their ‘Power My’ programs, but it’s more than a simple link for Lauren, it’s personal for her family and her impact on the environment. Power My Drive and Power My Fleet are programs Consumers Energy rolled out offering rebates on EV chargers that need to be installed in customer homes or businesses, as well as helping to navigate new energy needs. Additionally, Consumers Energy plans to shift their fleet composition to 30% electric, with all new light duty purchases being EV by 2030.
